Here I’ve created a very simple place setting with a linen napkin folded on a ceramic plate and a few sprigs of wheat tied together with a piece of twine. Sometimes I set the decor up and take away some of it prior to setting out the food. Sometimes the food gets put on the marble island but most of the time we eat family style so I can’t have a lot of decor on the table.
